Although our studio is based in St. Helens near Liverpool, we regularly work with developers and architects across Chester and Cheshire, as well as the wider North West, North Wales and the Isle of Anglesey. If your project is outside these areas, get in touch anyway, most of our work is delivered digitally so location is rarely a barrier.

Yes, we offer a complete property development brochure service that combines our CGIs with professional layout and design, giving developers a single point of contact for their sales material. This saves time coordinating between a CGI studio and a separate design agency, and ensures the renders and brochure design are visually consistent.

We include a reasonable number of revisions as part of every CGI package to make sure the final image matches your vision, typically covering changes to materials, finishes, landscaping, or camera angle. Major changes such as a different building design or layout may be treated as a new render. We'll always discuss this upfront when we send your quote.

Finished CGIs are typically delivered as high-resolution JPEG or PNG files suitable for brochures, websites, social media and print marketing. If you need a specific format, resolution, or print size for hoardings, billboards or large-format printing, just let me know and we'll prepare files to match.

Not usually. Most projects can be completed entirely from architectural plans, elevations, site plans and reference photos sent by email. For photomontage work, we would arrange a site visit at your convenience.
